Activities like NCC, serve to inculcate values of leadership, discipline and obedience among the students enrolled. The NCC cadets of the campus unit, actively participate in the numerous programmes and events organized for them.
There are 100 cadets in our NCC unit. We hold a parade on every Saturday. Our cadets take part in State and National level camps. We arrange ten days off Campus Camp every year. Our cadets are often selected for the national parade in Delhi. Dr. B. B. Chaudhary has under gone the training as a Lieutenant and he looks after the NCC unit of our college. Forty Cadets passed the ‘C’ Certificate during last four years.
The college has an NCC unit of Gujarat 07 Battalion. There are 100 cadets. About 40 cadets passed their ‘C’ certificate examination. The NCC officer Lt. Dr. B. B. Chaudhari took the necessary training at Kamti in Maharashtra. The cadets get jobs in the police department and some have joined the Indian Army. One such student of the college is a Major in the Army.
Besides this the students of Economics and History undertake social / historical surveys.
